Physical Products
Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. We guarantee that products that require shipping are delivered within 45 business days. Delivery time does not include typically a 3 working day order processing time. If you have purchased anything on Serium.com, but didn't receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.
The estimated delivery time for orders on Serium.com is 8 to 30 business days. Due to the fact that shipping time may vary depending on factors beyond our control, we've established a guaranteed period for delivery of 45 business days.
Full refund is not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Serium.com (i.e. not cleared by Customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Serium.com.
You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 business days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message to us here.
Software Products
Software products puchased from Serium.com is non-refundable. Serium.com is not bound to return the user the amount spent for purchase of
the software products for the termination of the Licensing Policy.
